We operate as a premium Australian walnut farm, supplying in-shell walnuts primarily for wholesale and commercial buyers. 
Where retail or direct sales are offered, availability, pricing, minimum quantities, and delivery terms may vary and are subject to confirmation at the time of order. 

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

All product descriptions, images, specifications, and availability information are provided in good faith. 
We do not guarantee: 

  • Exact sizing, colour, or appearance of agricultural products 
  • Continuous availability due to seasonal conditions 
  • Suitability for any specific purpose beyond standard food-grade handling 


Natural variation is inherent in agricultural produce. 

4. ORDERS & ENQUIRIES

Submission of an enquiry does not constitute a confirmed order. 
Orders are only confirmed once: 

  • Quantity, pricing, and delivery terms are agreed in writing 
  • Any required deposits or payments are received 


We reserve the right to decline or limit supply based on seasonal yield, quality outcomes, or operational capacity. 

5. PRICING & PAYMENTS

All pricing is quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may be: 

  • Indicative only 
  • Subject to seasonal adjustment 
  • Exclusive of freight, handling, and applicable taxes unless specified 


Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order.

6. DELIVERY & RISK

Risk transfers to the buyer once goods: 

  • Leave our farm or nominated storage location, or 
  • Are collected by the buyer or their transport provider 

We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by third-party transport providers or events beyond our reasonable control. 

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All website content, including text, images, branding, and logos, remains our intellectual property unless otherwise stated. 
Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or reused without prior written permission. 

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied or services provided
