OUR AUSTRALIAN WALNUT FARM
Our Australian walnut farm is located in a region selected for climate, soil structure, and water availability. These growing conditions support steady tree development, predictable harvest cycles, and consistent walnut quality. Farm management practices are designed to balance productivity with long-term land stewardship.
Located in Bunbartha, Victoria, and spanning more than 320 acres of fertile agricultural land our farm is based in a region that is widely recognised as one of Australia’s most productive agricultural zones and provides the ideal environment for premium grown Australian walnuts.
With deep, sandy soils, a stable regional climate, and reliable access to water, our farm is purpose built for the long term cultivation of high quality walnuts.

Our walnut orchard is characterised by deep, sandy soils that deliver excellent drainage, strong root development, and efficient nutrient uptake. These are critical factors in growing healthy, productive walnut trees. These soil conditions we farm on reduce waterlogging risk and support robust tree structure, ensuring reliable walnut yields and consistent nut quality.
The local climate provides warm summers, cool winters, and low humidity, creating ideal growing cycles for walnuts while minimising disease pressure. This balance is essential for producing premium farmed walnuts with clean shells, strong kernel formation, and excellent storage characteristics.
